Prom season is almost upon us and for many high school junior and senior girls the hunt for the perfect dress begins.
The Princess Project, started and led by Rose Mary Garcia and Denise Camp, is the perfect destination for girls to find their dream dress. Garcia and Camp know how important it is for many girls to look perfect on their prom night and how expensive the dresses can be. Therefore, they aim to help girls find their dress at absolutely no cost to them. Every year they offer hundreds of gently used or new dresses for girls to pick from. Every dress donated is carefully inspected so girls can rest assured they will find a dress in great condition and in a current style.
The Princess Project isn’t exclusive to the Bryan-College Station area. Any girl is free to go and visit them as long as they provide their student ID for verification. Proms are one of the most exciting and memorable experiences a high school student can have and The Princess Project would love to be part of that special day. Not only can getting the perfect dress for free be exciting, but girls are able to donate their dress back so another lucky girl can share in the happiness.
The Princess Project is not a 501(c)3 nonprofit, and you can find more information on their website www.princessprojectbcs.com. You can also contact Camp and Garcia at info@princessprojectbcs.com.
